SO, guess who just got a hair cut?! Hehhhh. Yes, I am so "mentel" . Technically, is not really my current everyday t work hairstyle. Only when I have events or dates or if I wanna feel more confident, I'll straighten up my hair if not, I'll look horrible lah.

Actually, I cannot rebond my hair anymore ;( just t prevent further damage. So, I chopped it off and it goes t my natural curls. YES . Literally, my whole teenage life, I've been hiding behind this straight fake hair of mine. I do go treatment now every twice a month for my hair.

How's your weekend?

Day 1

Oh hello!

I am so loving the long weekends and I am still in the festive mood. Yes, for the first time after 3 years, I actually got t go out on the 2nd day of Raya.

I am really really really exhausted, can I let the pictures do the talking? I only visited my dad's side for this weekend, next week will be my mom's side. Like everyone else, first day will always be your grandmother's place for both mom and dad's side. After dad's side, will be all your cousins and relatives open house and etc. All the glorious food, i tell you. So nyummy :D In one day, I had like 4 meals! Yes, I was pigging my way since yesterday actually.

A decent picture of maybe half of my family? My relavtives from M'sia left early. They'll always visit my grandmother on the 2nd day of Hari Raya every year w/out fail. & everybody is multiplying. My aunts and uncles ( daddy's siblings) have children and their children are married who also have their own kids so literary  everybody came down. Thank god, it's once a year. Maybe next time, I should suggest all of us t g t M'sia and visit em'!

My siblings :D & I am the princess of course!

Forever Daddy's Girl!

SELAMAT HARI RAYA FROM KARM AND I

So, here's the full view of my outfit. It's yellow kaftan, the over rated one that everybody is wearing. But it's way better and cheaper than Mod. I'm sorry. I used t loved it until everybody just had t brain washed me w this and that. I wore yellow w black clutch and blue heels. Yeah, I know right. I wanted Pink but then I changed my mind.

I wanted t wear something White w Pink shoes but in the end, I couldn't believed I could pull of something so bright like YELLOW.

Yunisha :)

Basically, the whole album was full w our pictures! The above family picture was the only decent one.

Day 2 was at Yunisha's place.

And I wore green for Day 2, today that is.

I've never met him before but I think he's my cousin. The fairest of em' all. He's super I tell you. Like ang moh skin colour. My first love when I saw him in the living room and was dying t take a picture w him. hehe.

I'm home all showered and I am sleeping early :(

It's back t reality tomorrow :(

SELAMAT HARI RAYA, EVERYBODY!

Hehe! I'm so hype up for Raya maybe cause I fast many many days compared t the rest of life. Cause' I am working and I don't have the time t eat so I might as well fast right? Anyway, I bet everybody now are almost done w their preparation for Raya tomorrow. Everything also new. Clean every inch of the house like there is no tomorrow.

I had last min errands t do like finding an inner wear and clutch. My last day of Iftar was w Afidah, one of my extremely close friend ever since topshop 11'. We head down t Tampines and we couldn't find anything nice so went down t Geylang instead.

So, this year I managed t do my colour henna tattoo! It was really cheap compared t the rest. The instant ones are 20 - 30 dollars of course it's higher cause it's instant but I did mine at $10 per hand, I didn't do the instant one mine was old fashion w colours. I don't find it worth it for 30 dollars henna. I mean, it's just henna you know. 30 dollars for one? You got t be kidding.

I thought of posting my outfit for Eid's First Day but then again, it won't be fun. && I realized I don't have any Raya pictures from last year here. I'll post it soon. Maybe not. But we'll see.

I'm too tired. I wanna get my sleep. It's way past my bedtime! Goodnight! I cannot wait t indulge myself w all the glorious food. Looks like I am gaining back all my weight that I've lost for the past few weeks :(

I found this video on fb via my friend's link. && I watched it twice! I just think it's the most saddest shortest video ever. A true meaning of friendship and Hari Raya :) If you have a heart, you'll tear, trust me. Or is it just me being soft heart-ed. Oh well.

The weekends are officially over for me. It's HELL-OH MONDAY and I cannot wait for next weekend! I can feel the Raya vibes kicking in. This week is gonna be a busy week for me w work and I need t find time t re-dye my hair also last mins preparation. Have a good week!

I'll do a sneak P on Saturday night :D

I cannot sleep, so that's the title of my post. I've decided t do an entry!

I've been getting good review/remarks for my skin. My family and esp my granny and friends gave me feedbacks. My granny will always nag at me t take good care of my skin and all but sometimes  how much I've spent on skin docs and watching what I eat really doesn't help. Now,my grandmother enjoys looking at my face. This picture above was taken yesterday (Friday) under the sunlight. & of course I have t cover it w make up for coverage.

What I meant by getting better is, no more pus or big acne and super reddish skin. I'm gonna share w you what product I use.

I'm currently using Eumora Soap Bar. I'm not sure if any of you had ever heard of it before but damn I tell you, it's really good. I see improvements within a month or two. You have t use it faithfully and if you want it t heal quicker, you can watch your diet and avoid putting on cosmetics for first 3 months. Slowly but surely, your pimple/acne will minimize. It has other benefits too.

- It makes your skin more fairer
- It closed up big pores
- Eyebags disappear
- Moisturized and Norished
- Firmer and Lifted
- Reduced wrinkles

What's important is that I don't have any redness or acne or pimples as much and bad as the last time. You can Google it out if you want t know more about it. I mix it w other products too like face mask and moisturizer. It's all up t individual actually. I've spent so much or too much on docs.

I only spend 50 dollars for a bar and I divide it into two which will last me about two months or 3. You have t use it wisely, like try not t get the soap really wet and let it dry so the soap won't die faster.

If you want, try putting on tomato face mask every night before sleeping or should I say while sleeping? Cut the tomato into half, and rub it all over the infected area. You have t be faithful too yeah? It's kind of messy but oh well.

Besides the fact that I'm loving the soap bar, the service is good too! Very fast and efficient! Like it will deliver it t you by mailbox within two days, yes TWO days only. But if you order on Friday, you'll get later of course like Tuesday morning. but so far, mine will take 2 days. There's packages too if you want t keep stocks and not having it t order all the time.

I order mine online, look for this pretty woman. She's very friendly! Makcik Bee .

I don't have a photo of myself but here are some non edited pictures.

The top one was taken early this year. Sorry for not having a proper picture. There are still imperfection and uneven skin. But yeah, here's something :)

Anyway, I better sleep now. Happy Pre-dawn everybody. Only a week or so till Ramadan 12'.
Are you excited?

Happy National Day, Singapore.

Wait, I am not being patriotic or something.

What's your plan today? For me, I'm staying home :(  I wanna wish all readers, a  very Happy Public Holiday! Yes, that's the only thing why I am happy about. The fact that don't have t work for today! Yeay! & for some who have t work, it's okay what, think of the money. You can either get a replacement off or double pay right? I know how that feels cause I was once there working on every PH except for Hari Raya. But I am totally over and done w that. I could get used t this already. Actually, I am already :) :)

Tomorrow is already Friday and the weekends area around the corner!

Since I am so free, I've decided t blog for today.

(So, I am going t sidetrack here cause I don't have anything t say about this year NDP12' since I am at home rolling in my bed waiting for time t slowly crawl till the next day)

Anyway, is it just me or everybody else too feels like the time really really really flies fast ?! Or maybe I am just busy working during the week. Correct me if I am wrong, Ramadan is like a week and a few days away? Are you excited? Ermm , it's pretty much normal right? The food, the goodies, the family gathering. Everything also new. All the parents will start doing major spring cleaning and major shifting too. Baking all sorts of good cookies and other good pastries and cakes. Or it is known as "kuih-kuih"  Mmmm . Not forgetting all the good Malay food, briyani, ayam masak merah, satay, lontong and many many more!

& your Malay Costume. Have you gotten yours? I've got mine but it's a secret.

What's your Raya outfit for this year?

Everybody is shopping at Mod Kebaya. It is going t be everywhere I tell you. It has stripes, polka dot and many many. I'm sure you've heard of it before. I love em' but I think the price is very unreasonable.200 plus, really?

Do you see a familiar face? heheheh.

Or Kaftan. You can buy it online at a cheaper price than at the Ramadan Bazaar at Geylang. If you're planning t buy there, you really have t walk the whole entire place. Some are way too pricey. Try t bargain as much as possible!

Most of my friends tailor made their's. I hope you girls bought yours already! Hmm . But I think boys wouldn't be much of a problem right? I think for boys it would be perfect if you the whole complete set like w the "songkok" and "kain" . I don't know exactly what is it call but yeah.

I've bought everything except for my shoes. Mayb I'll buy it like the night of Raya or something. There might be discount or Raya sales or something. Happy Shopping you all!

P/S: It's only noon and I already cannot wait for break-fast. Boo.

It feels like the first time.

wow. It's been almost six months since I last blogged. I'm really not sure if I have the time t blog but since I'm free every Weekend, why not right? I really really have t say that I miss blogging so much. But I guess, I have t face reality other than leading a life online telling the world everything and anything. I even stopped reading other people's blog or should I say other people's life?

I wonder if I still have readers or if my readers are still loyal or something Anyway, my new blog I will be talking about places t shop and the best food or maybe the worst place I ever eaten. I met a few people along the way and some also had left me due t busy lives or I don't know. I will also talk about the little things in life. Expressing myself here maybe?

So, here's the little things in life that you've missed.

Now, everybody knows that I worked at Topshop, Tampines One for like almost 3 years. From Ite First year till I graduated and a year after I graduated. I quit twice and was once a full-timer. I did so much and I was in love w what I was doing. The customer service, the VM, the people and the environment was totally awesome. And till today, it is one of the best job ever. I'm not a job-hopper. So, you kind of can tell that I am pretty loyal. The only problem was the fact that I had t stay in retail for the rest of my life, wasn't really happening. I know I can do something better than just selling clothes and styling up. I had months and months t think of what I what and what I want t do in five years time. I was young, foolish and still want t have fun. So, after graduating from private school, I've decided t call it quits for the love of my life, the best job in the world. It was really depressing and sad. But I have t step out and face the real world. Yes, reality did slapped my face a couple of times. I was un-employed for 2 months. I had events part-time retailing for a few days every now and then. I go for interview and got rejected countless times. I felt like I was at the lowest point of my life. & finally I am now working for one of the biggest company here in SG w a very successful woman ever. I am so willing t learn and do my best. She was the only one who gave me a chance for working under a different line. I am extremely thankful :) It is really tough but I am getting a hang of it.

Two years had passed by without us realizing how time actually does flies fast. I never thought it would be so difficult w what you want t do after school. For ITE students, if you worked hard enough, you're able t enter Polytechnic and get a Diploma (most of my friends are taking their dip now, the boys had t served the Nation) while others can start working or taking private Dip like what I did. ITE was the best time of our lives. & funny how someone I used t be closed w are now in no talking terms.

Yesterday's Iftar was w my ITE mates'. The rest were all busy w other friends or maybe w National Service.  We had so many many things t talked about. So, Iftar was at Lau Pa Sat Food Festival (I think that's the name lah huh) SEAFOOD FEAST. YES . Bestfriend and I were like pigging our way w the crabs, prawns, satay, thai chicken and ikan pari. It was just dinner for us. I'm hoping for more outings in the future mayb t the Zoo cause Firzo told us he can get free tickets! And and our Raya outing.

My rating for Lau Pa Sat Seafood is 3 Stars ONLY. Yes , it was the worst. As we all know, if you want t indulged yourself w crabs, it will cost you a bomb if you don't know how t ask or choose or as dumb as bestfriend and I, they will cheat your money! We got cheated by that bloody old man who sold us one crab for 30 dollars and when it arrived it was just HALF the crab. Never mind the crab, the Satay was horrible too. For me that is. The satay had too many fats meat in every meat. I don't fats cause it's gooey and gross. But erm cereal prawns was normal and so was the Ikan Pari. If anyone of you want t have a Seafood Feast, go to Newton Circus. It is one of the best Seafood place ever. Expect t pay a high price but it is totally worth it. I really don't mind spending money for really good food.

I'm gonna have t stop here. I've talked a little bit w what's going on w my life. The next time round, I'll talk about Raya and some other things. I won't be blogging everyday, now that my life is revolving around work from Monday t Friday's. I don't even use the computer for other things. Oh yes, Happy Fasting!
